$300-$400, Windows. Best for: College, web browsing, light gaming. The E 15 is a nice, budget friendly laptop that would be great for a student. It features a battery life of 7-10 hours, has a backlit keyboard, full HD 15.6" screen and is easily upgradable. It has a good internal GPU which is the best you are going to find in this price range for light gaming.
$2000+, Windows. Best for Hardcore gaming, VR. This is a beast. It has a 17.3" FHD Anti-Glare Wide View Angle 120Hz 5ms 94% NTSC 1920x1080 display, an Intel Core i7-6820HK Quad Core Processor and NVIDIA's latest Dual GeForce GTX1070 with 16GB GDDR5. It comes with 64GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM, a Super RAID 4 512GB SSD and a 1TB 7200rpm hard drive. If your looking for a gaming laptop that will take anything you through at it, this is it. It was a PCMag editors choice but, at almost 11 pounds, it probably won't be something you want to lug around everywhere.
It all starts here. Some people prefer to go the Google Home route but I like the Alexa better personally. A lot of products will work with both so it's your choice.
